BIC BLOG 6/21/25
It’s been a while since I sat and did one of these blog things, but what better reason to than to celebrate our new “Made Of Rain (Almost Acoustic)” video? This beautiful video features the amazing talents of Ashton Nyte and Whitney Tai. For those who have been on this BIC journey, I think you have come to expect us to take a few songs and give them a ‘stripped down'‘ intimate approach. “Storm” and “The Long Goodbye” got a similar approach. Besides the gorgeous duet of Ashton and Whitney, the haunting pedal steel (courtesy of my partner in BIC, Michael Rozon) and delicate violin by BIC newcomer Ms. Heather Lockie.

So what’s new do you ask? Well, Mr. Rozon and I have been back in SAINTinLA Studio for the past couple of months working on new music. Currently we have five new ideas, with a couple already in the hands of singers! God-willing, BIC’s 5th studio album will arrive in early 2026!
As always, it gives me great joy to share what our BIC collaborators are doing. Ashton has recently released a new Awakening album, and will soon head out on a Europe/USA tour! See the dates HERE.
The talented Ms. Whitney Tai (who was featured in “Orion”) has just released her new single “Slumber Party”, and will have a full-length album out in September!
