48-hours ago our new video/single that we have been touting for the past month, “The Kiss Of The World” premiered at Side-Line Magazine! Elena, I and all involved to bring our look at the not-so-distant future are thrilled with it’s reception. This video was filmed at the same time as “Orion”, so there was far more internal buildup waiting to release this one. Big thanks go out to Vicente Cordero of Industrialism Films and his editor, Ryan Conlon, for helping bring our dystopian vision to life.

While “The Kiss Of The World” will be featured on our upcoming album ‘Behind The Veil’ (2.22.22 release), a deluxe digital single, which includes an instrumental version is available from the BIC on-line Store HERE. The single, sans instrumental, is also available thru BandCamp. Somewhat begrudgingly, the track will be available on most streaming services. What are the main differences working within Kirlian Camera versus working as part of a collaborative project such as Beauty in Chaos?
“The substantial difference, and the most evident one, is that Kirlian Camera basically feeds on electronic layers, while Beauty In Chaos refers to a decidedly more carnal and sanguine rock. And it was precisely such an effective rock vein of the band that involved me so much. I have always loved the grit of this style, as well as its fiery soul even more. So, I gladly accepted this challenge right from the start.
Likewise, I believe that Michael is quite intrigued by the world of electronics, in fact I see his passion for finding out particular sounds. Going to exactly intersect and make two apparently separate worlds cohesive has been the goal. On the other hand, both KC and BIC have proven several times they love contamination in music.” … Elena Alice Fossi

We’ll rap this up with a ‘Behind The Veil’ update. Yesterday’s birthday boy, Michael Rozon and I finished the mix of the album’s sixth and final track; “Grasp The Stars” ! A few days of separation, then we will do a final listen and then, God willing, send the tracks off for mastering! These 6 songs will be part of a limited run vinyl pressing (I am told by 33.3 it will be 100 copies). These will go on Pre-Sale on February 1st (2.1.22). Please note pressing time around the globe is insane right now, but we HOPE to have these in our hands by April. As always a Digital version will be included with vinyl Pre-Orders and delivered on the 2.22.22 release date. The CD version will include a remix of each track, and the Digital version even more! As of today, remixes by Tim Palmer, MGT, Julian Shah-Tayler, John Fryer and Tom Hatz will be featured.
